I know its been a while, but I've been busy on lots of projects, Music, TV & Film. I have a new solo single and video out for Christmas, simply called 'Merry Christmas', its pure festive fun! My manager has nagged me for years to record it, finally I have! You can watch the video on YouTube , and if you like it, you can stream it at all the major music platforms across the world.
Please note : Alexa will play it on command, but all click streams on Amazon Music have a technical fault which they have not yet fixed!

I hope you have a wonderful Christmas
and the best New Year ever!

Oh, I nearly forgot, I also have a new website www.debbiecurtis.net which will grow over the coming months to incorporate all of my Music & Bands, TV & Film projects etc.

Have fun and be merry!!!

Love Debbie  x

Digital Single Re-Release

Charlie So Good
& Anything Can Shake Your Tree

Debbie Curtis feat. The Gangsters Of The Groove Have A Listen Here

Originally released in 1986, this digital re-release of the 7" 'Pop Jazz'  single Charlie So Good gained sudden and unexpected mass airplay across the UK when first put out, so much so that the label could not supply the demand of the record stores and sadly a Top 20 hit was lost.

The record though made its mark for writer and performer Debbie Curtis with national media attention and interviews.

The song, about Charlie Parker, features a terrific sax solo from Neil Woodcock and also has the late Eddie Curtis  (Debbie's Dad) on Trombone.

Charlie So Good went to No1 on the 'Voice Of Peace' radio station off the coast of Israel and a Royal Navy ship even adopted Debbie as their Mascot!

Debbie made many personal appearances performing the song, as well as giving radio interviews and appearing on numerous talk shows across the UK.

The 7" vinyl record is now a sought after collectors item.

The B Side, Anything Can Shake Your Tree, is also available as a digital single.

Debbie continued to record and release singles and albums, and still does, perhaps most famously with The Debbie Curtis Big Band & Swing Orchestra. You will find everything at her website https://www.debbiecurtis.co.net

Get them  at iTunes Amazon Spotify & CD Baby  etc
